A beef rendang recipe that uses the base spice mix #IbuSegalaRempah as an ingredient

Chicken stock cube
I used the once with NO added MSG
Dark brown sugar
Kaffir Lime leaves
Salt & Sugar to taste
Combine all the iongredients except for the Toasted Coconut in a pressurecooker.
Closed the lid and turn the vent knob to SEAL
Set mode to MEAT with a default pressure time of 30 minutes, then press START.
Once 30 minutes is up , slowly release the pressure manually. Once the plunger has dropped, open the lid.
Set the pressure cooker to Saute pt Bake mode. Allow it to simmer to the gravy reduced a little.
Stir in the Toasted Cococonut. Let it simimer for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the desired amount of gravy.
